FACELIFT $15,000
WHAT IS IT FACELIFT?
A facelift is a procedure aimed at giving the face a more youthful look. The surgery addresses the both the superficial and deep layers of the face to reduce skin folds or flaccid skin in the cheeks, jawline, and neck.
PROCEDURE
A facelift is done under either general anesthesia or IV sedation. The incision starts in the temporal hairline and extends both in front of and behind the ears. The incision is generally very well hidden. The procedure may also be combined with fat grafting to replace lost facial volume and/or resurfacing procedures to improve skin quality.
RECOVERY
The recovery is well tolerated with moderate swelling and minimal discomfort. Patients are required to sleep with the head elevated to help reduce swelling.
RESULTS
A facelift gives the face a more youthful and smooth appearance, and the results can be seen as early as 2 and 4 weeks after the surgery.
COST
The cost of a facelift may vary, depending on each patient’s needs. But it is usually around $15,000.

NECK LIFT $12,000
WHAT IS IT NECK LIFT?
A neck lift is a procedure to remove excess skin and fat tissue around and under the jawline resulting in a more youthful and defined neck.
PROCEDURE
A necklift is done under either general anesthesia or IV sedation. The incision starts in front of the ears and extends behind the ears. A third incision is made under the chin. All incisions are very well hidden. The procedure may also be combined with fat grafting to replace lost facial volume and/or resurfacing procedures to improve skin quality.
RECOVERY
After a neck lift, there is often swelling and bruising that improves over 2-4 weeks. Patients are required to sleep with the head elevated to help reduce swelling.
RESULTS
The results are immediate, but the final results are best appreciated in 4-6 weeks.
COST
The cost of a neck lift may vary, depending on each patient’s needs. But it is usually around $12,000.

EYELID SURGERY $2,500 and $6,500.
WHAT IS IT EYELID SURGERY?
This aesthetic procedure improves the appearance of the upper and/or lower eyelids. Excess skin, fat, or muscle of the upper eyelids may cause a “heavy” appearance which can be improved with an upper blepharoplasty. Similarly, a lower blepharoplasty can improve herniated fat pads and excess skin that create bags under the eye.
PROCEDURE
Upper blepharoplasty can be performed under local anesthesia. Lower eyelid surgery or the combination of upper and lower lid surgery is preferably performed under general anesthesia or IV sedation. Small incisions are made in the eyelid’s natural creases to allow the removal of excess skin and fat.
RECOVERY
Patients generally experience swelling and bruising with eyelid surgery. Rest, avoidance of sun exposure, and head elevation are advised for the first few days. Physical exercise should also be avoided during the first weeks.
RESULTS
The results of eyelid surgery are best appreciated 2-4 weeks after surgery when the swelling and bruising have resolved.
COST
The cost of eyelid surgery may vary, depending on each patient’s needs. It usually ranges between $2,500 and $6,500.

BROW LIFT $5,000 – $7,000
WHAT IS IT BROW LIFT?
Brow lift is a procedure that lift the eyebrows and smooths eye wrinkles and frown lines, giving the face a more attractive and youthful appearance.
PROCEDURE
Several techniques are available for a brow lift procedure. One method consists of removing excess tissue from the upper part of the forehead at the edge of the hairline. Another technique, referred to as a direct brow lift, involves an incision at the edge of the eyebrow to remove excess skin directly.
RECOVERY
Recovery varies depending on the technique employed. Nevertheless, the swelling resolves after 2-4 weeks.
RESULTS
Results are immediate. The scars are nearly invisible.
COST
The cost of a brow lift may vary, depending on each patient’s needs. It usually ranges between $5,000 and $7,000.

RHINOPLASTY $7,500 – $11,000
WHAT IS IT RHINOPLASTY?
Rhinoplasty is a surgery in which the shape of the nose is modified, giving the face a more harmonious appearance.
PROCEDURE
Rhinoplasty is done under general anesthesia with endotracheal intubation to protect the airway. Rhinoplasty is complex and involves incisions both on the outside of the nose and on the inside. This approach allows the surgeon to shape the underlying cartilage and bone to correct specific deformities.
RECOVERY
After the surgery, patients should expect swelling and bruising which generally lasts several weeks. Mild to moderate swelling may last months up to a year. Demanding physical activity, such as jogging and aerobics, should be avoided in the first 4-6 weeks.
RESULTS
The final results of a nose job may take up to one year before becoming fully evident. Nevertheless, patients start noticing changes in the appearance of their nose immediately and as the swelling gradually fades away.
COST
The cost of rhinoplasty may vary depending on each patient’s needs. It usually ranges between $7,500 and $11,000.

CHIN IMPLANT $4,000
WHAT IS IT CHIN IMPLANT?
Silicone chin implants are placed to improve the shape of the chin providing improved symmetry and facial harmony. The procedure may be performed independently or in combination with other facial procedures.
PROCEDURE
This procedure usually takes between 1 and 3 hours and is done under general anesthesia. The surgery consists of a small incision made the lower part of the chin to access the jaw bone and create a pocket to place the silicone implant.
RECOVERY
Swelling and bruising should be expected. These typically resolve over 2-4 weeks.
RESULTS
The results are immediate and long-lasting.
COST
The cost of a chin implant may vary, depending on each patient’s needs. But it is usually around $4,000.

BICHECTOMY – $3,000
WHAT IS IT BICHECTOMY?
This surgery is often referred to as buccal fat pad removal or a bichectomy. The surgery is most appropriate for patients with full cheeks who seek a more slender appearance to the middle of the face.
PROCEDURE
The surgery takes place inside the mouth where small incisions are made on the inner cheek to access the fat pad. It is then extracted from the cheek and removed. A single dissolvable suture is used to close the small, fully hidden incision.
RECOVERY
Patients must adhere to a liquid diet for the first 24 hours after surgery and avoid aggressively brushing the teeth. Sleeping with the head elevated can assist with the mild to moderate swelling that may occur but usually resolves after 2-4 weeks.
RESULTS
The results are immediate but continue to improve as swelling resolves.
COST
The cost of a Bichectomy may vary depending on each patient’s needs. But it is usually around $3,000.

INJECTABLES
WHAT IS IT INJECTABLES?
Injectables is a general term for non-surgical rejuvenation of the face with neuromodulators (botulinum toxin) and/or hyaluronic acid fillers. Neuromodulators, such as Botulinum Toxin or Dysport, paralyze muscles to smooth wrinkles and reduce facial movement. Hyaluronic acid fillers increase volume in the face and soften facial folds like those around the nose and mouth.
PROCEDURE
Neuromodulators are injected into approved areas with very fine needles to minimize discomfort. Hyaluronic acid fillers are similarly injected with fine needles into areas that require volume. HA filler injections can be uncomfortable, so certain areas are pre-treated with a numbing cream along with numbing medicine found within the filler.
RECOVERY
Neuromodulators require avoidance of exercise and pressure on the injection areas for 24 hours. HA fillers often result in maximal swelling around 72 hours which gradually improves to the new baseline volume change.
RESULTS
The full effect of neuromodulators can be appreciated between 7-10 days. After the maximal swelling, the new baseline volume is evident for HA fillers around 7-10 days.

FAT GRAFTING
WHAT IS IT FAT GRAFTING?
Fat grafting is a process where fat is harvested from one part of the body, processed, and then transferred into another part of the body. The transfer may be in small amounts, such as in the face, or in large quantities, such as in the buttocks.
PROCEDURE
Fat grafting to the face starts with harvesting from areas such as the neck or abdomen. It is then processed in a sterile system and transferred to the face. The amount of fat transferred to the face is generally much smaller than the amount of fat transferred to other parts of the body. This smaller volume still results in a significant change in facial contour.
RECOVERY
The recovery is well tolerated. Patients must avoid pressure on the recipient site to promote fat survival.
RESULTS
Results are best appreciated around four weeks after surgery. Because the face has an excellent blood supply, a large percentage of fat generally survives the transfer. For optimal results, repeat sessions of fat grafting may be required.
